Terms and Conditions

1:

Third Party Administrator (TPA) or medical chit payment are not applicable for this promo. 

2:

To be eligible: Cash, eWallet, Credit/Debit Card payments are only allowed for the promo.

3:

The RTK-PCR promo price RM 39 (RTK) RM 139 (PCR) applies to any number of individuals whether alone or in a group less than 6.

 (Example: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) 

4:

For a group of 6 promo applies as follows for RTK test: 1st to 5th person receives RTK price for RM 39 and 6th person for RM 29.

For a group of 6 promo applies as follows for PCR test: 1st to 5th person receives PCR price for RM 139 and 6th person for RM 99.

For groups of multiples of 6 (Ex: 6, 12, 18) RTK-PCR promo price will apply as follows: Every 6th person will be charged RM 29 (RTK) - RM 99 (PCR). 

5:

For a group of 6 or multiples of 6, Promo applies only when a group goes together at one instance together. 

6:

The RTK-PCR Promo only applies to Poliklinik My Clinic Tropicana Gardens Mall (TGM) Branch ONLY.

7:

The RTK-PCR Promo will continue till stocks last or until further notice.

8:

Express PCR Promo is subject to availability and stocks.

9:

If you fail to claim the promo within the time-limit or fail to comply with any other instructions or time-limits notified to you, or provide us with incorrect or fraudulent information, Poliklinik My Clinic Tropicana Gardens Mall (TGM) [Ashlo Medical Services Sdn Bhd] reserves the right to cancel your promo. Promo(s) are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other promo(s) or any other offer or discounts or promotions offered by Poliklinik My Clinic Tropicana Gardens Mall (TGM).  We shall be under no liability to you in respect of anything that, if not for this provision, would or might constitute a breach of these Terms, where this arises out of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: Acts of god, Natural disasters, Sabotage, Accident, Riot, Shortage of supplies, equipment, and materials, Strikes and lockouts, Civil unrest, Computer hacking, or Malicious damage.
